Vehicle will not enter on non-tarcoal / non-cemented roads.y
Minimum average will be 300 Kms. per day.
Advance is not refundable on cancellation of the vehicle.
Vehicle booked any time in the day will be charged second day after 12:00 midnight.
All contradiction will be paid by the party.(Like Toll tax, Inter state tax, Parking Passenger tax etc)
Party will be responsible for their goods and luggage carried in the vehicle.
Vehicle will not accommodate passengers more than Seating Capacity.
If Vehicle is run less than averages Kms. Party will have to pay according to average Kms.
Party will be responsible for the challan / penalty for the wrong guidance of the road by them.
Night charges applicable ₹750.
Driver Food charges will be extra ₹300 for One day.
Charges for cancellation of vehicle is ₹900.
If Vehicle is book for One way trip then Party will have to pay return trip payment according to Kms.
